Village Square construction
On southwest side of Village Square, structures will be built
1) Guru Kutir
Most probably two simple structures 10’ x 10’ each (or could be 8’ x 12’) close to one another, one serving as bedroom/storage and the other as office/reception.
The office/reception could have a 6 foot veranda on all four sides and connect with the bedroom/storage structure.
To the west of the bedroom/storage structure would be a bathroom cum shower structure joined by a covered veranda.
Someone needs to reconfirm with local municipality if we can still build a structure within 100 or 108 square feet without a building permit. Knowing the exact footage would determine the size to be built.
2) Teacher Kutir
For two teachers, something similar to the above. Two teachers can share same Kutir initially and later have their own.
3) Student Kutir
For 4 students, we would need two residential structures (2 students in each Kutir of 10’ x 10’) and common bathroom/shower.
Development
1) Time needed for construction (beginning/ending date).
2) Materials to be purchased.
- Whether solar panels can be useful?
- Best to plan for wooden stoves.
- What materials would we need to purchase?
3) Cost estimate broken down in details including labour.
4) Layout as per Vastu keeping in mind future structures for additional teachers (maximum four) and additional students (maximum 10 to 15 students)
