Cooperative AGM 2026

AGENDA:

1. Check-in.  2026 Year in Review highlighted by MVV Global Alliance and Board Expansion

2. Determining Business Relationships:

  • The reconstituted Cooperative BoD with 3 added members.  
  • The yet to be defined entity MVV North America and its relationship with Cooperative.
  • The relationship between MVV North America and MVV Global.

3. Cooperative name change to "Make Vrindavan Villages Saranagati Cooperative" or equivalent.  The newly named co-op will be the legal entity to hold the share of BRS consisting of 58 acres for which official transfer to SVHI will need to be made and stipulations adopted.  

Discussion on updating the mandate and memorandum of this Community Service Cooperative.

4. Discussion on responsibilities of the new Cow Manager and Farm manager.  

The co-op officially appoints Ramanath das a Manager for Agriculture and appoints Manohara das as Manager from Cow Protection.  For twelve months, effective October 1, 2026, BRS offers to deposit in the co-op account a monthly $ 1,000 Canadian to be used as stipend for both Managers.  

5. Recent Developments of the Master Plan.  

6.  Future Construction, specifically on southwest side of Village Square: Guru Kutir  (bedroom/storage) and office/reception with a six foot veranda on all four sides and connect with the bedroom/storage structure.  To the west of the bedroom/storage structure would be a bathroom cum shower structure joined by a covered veranda.  

7. Creation of an agricultural plan that aims at achieving a cow-based natural agriculture model, the Vedic ideal:

  • Steps of development of the cow protection program; size of the herd, land needed, water needed infrastructure needed, costs to get there etc. 
  • Division of the land for different uses like grazing, hay or the growing of grains and vegetables and a rotation of these things if there will be one

8. An accounting system to be implemented to regulate and monitor all MVV transactions and stipends.  Current system
