MEETING AGENDA:
1. Cooperative Alliance with Make Vrindavan Villages
A presentation was given by Sanzhar Bayaliyev (Jayadeva Prabhu) from Make Vrindavan Villages (MVV), a visionary global Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to establishing sustainable, spiritually-centered eco-villages worldwide.
The cooperative will create an alliance with MVV and receive development support and mission guidance.
MVV will provide funding and ensure the project is fully supported, operational, and thriving.
MVV will provide strategy, asset acquisition plan, and core constitutional safeguards.
MVV will help protect the land and insure it will be preserved in perpetuity for its intended ecological and spiritual purposes.
MVV's North American Headquarters will be situated at Maharaj's cabin.
2. Resolution to add new directors
Whereas the Cooperative can benefit from the participation of additional members as Board of Directors,
Whereas the following three residents of Saranagati Village have expressed willingness to be added as Board of Directors, namely Jeff Greydanus, Mario Envoy and Damodar Paquette.
Resolved that the following three members be accepted as new members of the Board of Directors:
1) Brihat Mridanga das
(Jeff Greydanus)
2) Manohara das
(Mario Envoy)
3) Damodar Gopal das
(Damodar Paquette)
The change of Directors form will be submitted with the cooperative annual report after our AGM on Monday December 21, 2026.
