1. Year in Review and updates on the Master Plan.
2. Cooperative name change to "Make Vrindavan Villages Cooperative" or equivalent.
3. Responsibilities of the new Cow Manager and Farm manager.
4. Determining Relationships:
- The reconstituted Cooperative BoD with 3 added members.
- The yet to be defined entity MVV North America and its relationship with Cooperative.
- The relationship between MVV North America and MVV Global.
5. Creation of an agricultural plan that aims at achieving a cow-based natural agriculture model, the Vedic ideal:
- Steps of development of the cow protection program; size of the herd, land needed, water needed infrastructure needed, costs to get there etc.
- Division of the land for different uses like grazing, hay or the growing of grains and vegetables and a rotation of these things if there will be one
COOPERATIVE BUSINESS:
- Approval of 2025 AGM
- Adding New Members
- Voting on New Directors
- Electing officers: President, Treasurer, Secretary
- 2026 Financial Report, Report on Assets
